Delivery Policies

Dear Customer, below we present the Terms and Conditions of our Delivery Policy.

We recommend that you review it when you place your orders through this channel.

ABOUT THE DELIVERY SERVICE:

• The delivery service is provided with respect to those orders made by Clients through the following channels: (i) by phone or (ii) online, placing the order through the web (virtual web store).

• The Delivery area is limited, so you must request if shipments are made for your area and the cost of the same.

• The quantities of the products in bags are limited to their mobilization. At the moment we do not have this service for 25kg bags unless they leave the city of Maracaibo.

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that at the time of delivery of the product, it is satisfied.

• The company is not responsible for the status of orders that have been acquired through third party companies.

• The company reserves the right to suspend the delivery service at any time.
